How Do I Place An Order?
I'ts easy, just add the items of your desire to your basket then select "Checkout and Pay" postage costs will automatically be applied to your invoice, you will then be directed to our payments page, where you can select your preferred method of payment via our highly secure encrypted payments system.
Postal and Shipping.
We offer Free Shipping service for all orders with a value of £150 sterling and above, for orders below this value shipping costs will depend upon your region.
All orders are sent via our highly sophisticated tracked system, that must be "Signed For" upon receipt, this ensures all parcels reach our customers safely and securely, with proof of posting every time.
All orders are sent within 1-2 working days of the order being received. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.
Public holidays may occasionally delay ship times, please note that dependant on your country of origin, import duties/taxes may be imposed and these will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds.
Returns are at the buyers expense. We do not accept responsibility for postal loss or damage, this must be taken up with your local postal carrier, please present the tracking number provided by us, to your local carrier in order to assist them.
All returns must reach us in the same condition in which they were sent out to the customer, otherwise no refund, once the item has been received safely, we will issue a refund minus any original postal costs.
Please note returns are not accepted for earrings, in the interest of hygiene.
